Creative Designer (Exhibitions and Events)

Talent should have good understanding of fabrication and construction techniques. He/She should preferably have expertise in designing all aspects of interpretive exhibits, events or conferences.


  • Equivalent Qualifications: Diploma/Degree in 2D/3D, Multimedia, Interior Design or equivalent.
  • At least 1 year of designing experience. (Fresh graduate are encouraged to apply.)
  • Skillful in the application of design and architectural software is a must. (3D Studio Max, AutoCAD, Adobe Photoshop and etc.)
  • Knowledge of a variety of construction and finish materials including metals, plastics, fabrics, woods, laminates and etc.
  • Excellent time management with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects on an on-going basis.
  • Passion for detailing and creative solutions in event industries.

    Operations & Event Coordinator

    Talent job scope including assist superior day-to-day coordination and management business operational activities. Support on event coordination work including planning, organizing and controlling of all aspects of event activities. Talent should maintains clear and accurate records of operations & event activities.

    He/She should also research and follow event trends and happenings in the event management industry and provide value added participation in other related ideas.


  • Equivalent Qualifications: Mininum SPM/Diploma Holders.
  • At least 1 year of working experience in any related field. (Fresh graduate are encouraged to apply.)
  • Excellent spoken and written communication skills. (Bahasa Malaysia/English/Mandarin)
  • Computer skills: Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word and knowledge of AutoCAD is an added advantage.
  • Ability to work under minimum supervision and multitask by prioritizing responsibilities.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Strong attention to details and accuracy.
  • Must be able to work on Weekend, Public Holidays and willing to travel.
  • Must be flexible and hands-on to coordinate any ad-hoc projects/tasks assigned from time to time.

  • Must be committed, hardworking, positive, open-minded and willing to learn.
  • Minimum wage are provided for applicants. In some cases, travel costs may be reimbursed.
  • Time Commitment: Minimum 3-6 months, to be mutually agreed.
